eMail draft

Dear all,

For reference management for the Quantum Book we will use PubMan (developed by the MPDL for publication management). We are working with a version that Dirk Wintergrün has adapted to the project's needs. On our website (Intranet/ Databases, link below) you will find two links: - bibliography for the book project - manage the bibliography - bibtex file - download the bibtex export of the bibliography

First steps: enter the bibliography - log in - reply 1. Enter the bibliography (http://quantum-history.mpiwg-berlin.mpg.de/intranet/databases > bibliography — please use/ or bookmark this link because the pubman link may change!). 2. Log in with your institute's LDAP password (i.e. email; if you do not have a LDAP account, please let me know.) You can browse the references but not edit (> enter QA Workspace > collection „Quantum History Bibliography“). 3. Please send a reply to this email. Now I can give you the rights to edit the references. - Now you can browse and modify the content, - pick up the citekeys (Identifier) from the bibliography, - import new references (> Submission). Please follow our naming convention for citekeys: author1_year_short-title.pdf

Please send your bib file for mass import directly to dwinter@mpiwg-berlin.mpg.de

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Best, Carmen
